A series of 3 to 6 one-on-one meetings with a wellness coach to help you design an exercise plan that specifically fits into your work/life balance. Our exercise support process will teach members how to start and stick with an exercise program. With the help of your wellness coach you are more likely to follow through with your goals by:
- Celebrating all successes large or small
- Building your success as an exerciser and kicking the inactivity habit
- Shaping your workout around activities you enjoy
- Building better self-management skills
- Measure the effect of exercise on fatigue, energy, and stress levels
- Setting short term goals
